I believe exercise goes beyond a one size fits all mindset. It is as unique as you are and I want to help you embrace it.
This class is a 45 min. progressive floor routine the foundation of the Pilates method, focused on the classical movements of Pilates Mat to increase your mobility, strength, stamina, concentration and control.
Sundays @ Anytime Fitness of Decorah, 4:00 p.m.
Members or Non-members welcome.
6 student maximum per class.
