Full Moon Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

What: The Full Moon is a potent time for reflection, gratitude, and connection. Bathed in the milky light we see ourselves in a generous light. We honor the completion of the lunar cycle and celebrate all we have done. But living within our busy, modern lives we often find ourselves disconnected from the natural lunar rhythms.

Join Mikah Jaschke and Nina Smock for a dreamy 75 minute Restorative Yoga and Healing Sound Bath practice. On Friday, December 1st we will gather together from 6-7:15 pm with intention and offer an invitation for deep self care.
