Join us for the 2019 Porter House Museum Lecture Series, featuring film historian Michael Zahs, Professor of Biology Kirk Larsen, and habitat restoration specialist Scott Leddy!

All talks are FREE and open to the public at the Lingonberry in downtown Decorah. Doors open at 7:00PM. Seating is first-come, first-served. A reception will follow each of the Lecture Series presentations.

Zahs, the film historian featured in the acclaimed documentary Saving Brinton will demonstrate a historic magic lantern slide projector by recreating one of Decorah resident A.F. Porter’s slide shows of his journeys abroad in the 1910s and 1920s.
