Event Details

The Northeast Iowa Peace & Justice Center is kicking off it’s Pronoun Education Project with a series of Pronouns 101 workshops at local public libraries. Pronouns 101 aims to educate people on pronouns, gender identity, and gender-inclusive spaces.

Learning about pronouns and gender identity is one of the many ways we can be active allies for the gender minorities. Pronouns 101 will be a safe space to ask intentional questions without judgement, and learn with others who may also be struggling with the concept of personal pronouns and gender identity. All are welcome. Whether you know a little or a lot about this topic, it’s important to show your support for gender minorities.

These events are open to the public with the opportunity to make a free-will donation to NEIPJC supporting future programming and activities. For questions, please contact NEIPJC at or Madi Brauer at
