Assisted Living Attendant

We are a 46-bed non-profit Nursing Facility and 32-apartment Assisted Living licensed, by the State of Iowa located in the scenic hills of Decorah, IA.

We are looking for qualified candidates for Assisted Living Attendant positions to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible shifts.

Candidates must have the following:

• Minimum age requirement of eighteen years of age or older.
• Prior Assisted Living Attendant experience in assisted living settings is not required but preferred.
• Valid Medication Management certification in Iowa or willing to obtain the Medication Management certification within the first six months of employment. If applicant does not have the certification facility will pay for the individual to obtain the certification.
• Strong and compassionate work ethic to serve others and willing to treat those we serve with empathy, respect, and kindness.
