Job Summary?: The Deli Manager controls and directs the overall food preparation and direction for the Co-op Deli as it relates to our mission, ends and our store merchandising policies. Constructing and implementing new menus throughout the year is expected and meeting Co-op goals for sales, margin, labor expense, food quality/safety, and customer service are also top priorities. Leading and inspiring the Deli team to create food items that customers love is at the core of this position. Most importantly, you will ensure a positive Co-op image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members by using the (S)mile (E)ngage (T)hank you approach.
