POSITION SUMMARY:

The Center Store Manager oversees all Center Store (Packaged Grocery, Bulk, Bakery, Wine/Beer, Chill, Frozen) department operations to select, purchase, price, and display center store products to meet objectives for sales, margin, labor, and customer service. In addition, The Center Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Front End department (cashiers) to ensure effective and efficient customer service at the front of the store. The Center Store Manager provides direction and supervision to the Center Store Assistant Managers and Front End Assistant Manager. The Center Store Manager participates as a member of the Leadership Team. All OCC staff are responsible for providing welcoming, friendly, and helpful customer service to all shoppers and co-workers in accordance with our organizational goals and programs.
