Job Summary: The Facilities Coordinator ensures that the Co-op’s members, staff and customers have a safe, comfortable place to shop and work. The Facilities Coordinator will ensure that the overall physical building systems and maintenance systems are running smoothly and operational. Setting regular maintenance schedules and completing tasks in a timely manner will be expected. All OCC staff are responsible to provide welcoming, friendly, and helpful customer service to all shoppers and co-workers in accordance with our organizational goals and programs.
