RN – OB

Winneshiek Medical Center is seeking to hire a part-time Registered Nurse to join our hospital Obstetrics Team! OB RNs are responsible for providing patient care to infant and maternity patients including labor & delivery, nursery, and post-partum care. RNs coordinate care in collaboration with the patient, family, nurses, peers, physicians, and allied health care providers. This position includes rotating shifts/ schedules – Primarily Overnights, 7:00p-7:00a, Every 3rd Weekend, and Rotating Holidays. Position is part time, .6 FTE (24 hours per week). Eligible for Part Time Benefits and $5,000 sign on bonus.

Requirements:
Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Iowa
American Heart Association BLS required
American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire
NRP required within 6 months of hire
Previous OB/ Labor & Delivery experience preferred

Pay: $29.34 – 44.01 per hour; based on experience.
