SHIFT into Fall

No matter where you are on the spectrum from “Must Bicycle Every Day” to “No Thank You, I’ll Walk,” this event will meet you where you’re at!  You are welcome to come to any or all of the sections.

To start the day, invite the young people in your life to bike to school!  

At 3:30 there will be a free bike maintenance workshop for all at Viking Park, followed by an all-ages ride through town at 5:30. 

Cool down at the cinema at 6:30 with ice cold pop and crunchy popcorn while listening to local folks share some of their favorite biking stories. 

Cap off the evening by watching the documentary SHIFT: The Ragbrai Documentary.
