Welcome Friends & Neighbors Community Picnic

All are invited to the “Welcome Friends & Neighbors Community Picnic” hosted by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (701 Iowa Avenue, Decorah) on Sunday, September 15 from 5-6:30 p.m. It is free and open to all! 

A meal of hot dogs, chips, salads, and desserts will be enjoyed outside under the Solar Panel Canopy or indoors in the Fellowship Hall at Good Shepherd. There will be live music, games for kids, and the opportunity to gather with those in the local community.

Good Shepherd is the site of Kinderhaus Preschool as well as the meeting place for several community organizations and support groups.  All facilities are ADA accessible. Good Shepherd is a Reconciling in Christ partner congregation, affirming our welcome to persons of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions, and our commitment to anti-racism work so that all may participate fully in the life of our congregation.
