Powdercoat / Paintline Associate

**4 x 10 workweek – 5 AM to 3 PM Mon thru Thurs **

Position Objective

Powdercoat employees hang parts, take off painted parts, ensure that product is powder coated and packaged per customer specifications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1.     Excellent attendance, be focused and engaged.

2.     Hangs parts, takes off parts and packages parts efficiently.

3.     Follows work instructions on the Powdercoat monitors.

4.     Cleans and organizes work area.

5.     Reworks defective parts as necessary.

6.     Wears proper PPE for the job.

7.     Follows written work instructions.

8.     Must have the flexibility to adjust to various job assignments.

9.     Must be available to work a 40-hour workweek on their assigned shift, abide by company rules, regulations and policies.

10.  Comply with safety regulations.

11.  Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

12.  Meets all company and department goals for quality and production.
