Our Cellar Technicians are versatile, learn tasks within multiple departments, and perform critical functions in transferring beer from tank to tank.  You will also be responsible for:

*Monitoring the fermentation of the beer
*Carbonating of the beer to the correct levels
*CIP (clean in place)cellar tanks
*Routinely operate a Centrifuge, Decanter, and or Pasteurizer

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard cleaning and sanitation procedures and is required to have the knowledge in the prevention of exposures to chemical, physical, and biological hazards that could compromise the integrity of our finished goods.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Approximately 40 hours per week, up to 12 hours per day if necessary, depending on the production schedule.

Travel:

No overnight travel is expected for this position.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include but are not limited to standing for prolonged periods of time, squatting, crouching, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and other repetitive movements frequently throughout the shift. Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted and up to 175 pounds assisted, manually manipulating parts, pumps, and hoses. Pushing and pulling heavy loads. Work with hot, cold liquid, hazardous equipment, materials, and chemicals.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or G.E.D Certification
Must be 21 years old to sample product
