Hospitality Events Manager

Join our vibrant and dynamic brewery as the Brewery Hospitality Events Manager! We’re seeking a passionate, creative, and organized individual to lead our hospitality efforts and craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who has a knack for planning, and thrives in a lively, community-oriented environment…and enjoys beer!

Event Planning & Execution:

Design and coordinate a diverse range of events, including brewery tours, tastings, festivals, private parties, and corporate gatherings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
Create comprehensive event orders detailing specific requirements for the kitchen, event staff, and other departments involved in the event.
Manage event logistics, from setup to teardown, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Guest Experience Management:

Cultivate a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for all brewery visitors, enhancing their overall experience.
Train hospitality staff, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.
Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries from potential clients, providing accurate and helpful information about event options and availability.

Partnership Development:

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to create collaborative events and partnerships.
Foster effective communication by relaying essential event-related information to all staff involved.

Creative Direction:

Innovate and introduce new event concepts that align with the brewery’s brand and vision.
Stay updated with industry trends to keep our events fresh, unique, and competitive.

On-site Event Support:

Participate in events as necessary, overseeing various aspects of event execution.
Coordinate all aspects of beer release events.
Develop and execute plans for various events, including music events and other miscellaneous activities.
