Your Role:
You’re the mastermind behind our brewery’s merchandise—from cozy hoodies that hug like a perfect stout to sleek glassware that elevates every pour. Here’s what you’ll be brewing:
Creative Branding: Design and source merchandise that captures our brewery’s unique spirit, ensuring every item resonates with our craft beer community.
Retail Strategy: Develop a sales plan that taps into the latest trends and maximizes revenue, whether it’s in our taproom, online store, or at events.
Visual Magic: Transform our retail space into an Instagram-worthy showcase where beer lovers can’t help but shop.
Collaboration on Tap: Work with marketing and sales teams to align merchandise launches with new beer releases, seasonal themes, and community events.
Inventory Wizardry: Manage stock levels like a pro, ensuring popular items are always flowing and never tapped out.

· Forecast and manage sales, budget, and revenue for merchandise shop and online
· Develop quarterly revenue reports
· Manage and facilitate online store
· Continue to improve inventory and replenishment processes
· Develop annual product strategy, test samples, work with the Creative Director for designs
· Curate merch for all releases and internal events
· Build and maintain relationships with vendor
· Build/train team to support merch in the taproom
· Execute annual performance reviews for the merchandise team members
· Write and manage the schedule for all merchandise team members
· Participate in festivals that allow merch sales
Work Environment:
This job operates in a fast-paced environment and is constantly interacting with guests and other team members. This job operates in a warehouse, taproom, and office environment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, although for festivals and beer releases, some nights and weekends will be required.
Physical Demands:
This is a semi-physical position. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours.
Travel:
Minimal Travel expectations. Candidates could be required to travel regionally to sell merchandise and beer festivals and off-site events.
