2024 Pool Season Passes- Important Note

Decorah Pool Pass Members,
Thank you to everyone who purchased a pass for the 2023 season. A reminder that our last day of Public Swim
is Sunday August 20th.IMPORTANT NOTE: Please keep ALL of your physical season passes (key cards) you purchased for this season. Key cards
from the previous year can be reused with a purchase of a 2024 season pass. All lost and misplaced
cards will be charged an additional $5 to be replaced in 2024.

Fair Fun Run Results- July 15, 2023

The 31st annual Decorah Parks and Recreation Fair Fun Run sponsored by Collins Aerospace, Deco Products Company, Gundersen Health System, Oneota Valley Family Eye Care, The Family Table, Viking State Bank was held on Saturday, July 15^th with 90 people registering. The overall male champion in the 3-mile run was Grant Zilka of Decorah with a time of 16:25. The overall female champion was Olivia Volkmann of Decorah with a time of 21:10. Kids 12 and under were also able to participate in a ¾ mile run. The overall male champion of the kid’s race was Judah Mutsune of Decorah with a time of 4:10; the overall female champion was Eva Butler of Decorah with a time of 5:04. Medals were awarded to 1^st through 3^rd place finishers in each division.

Fair Fun Run- July 15th

The Fair Fun Run will be held Saturday, July 15. This family friendly event includes a 3/4 mile kids race for children ages 12 and under, and a 3-mle race for older children and adults. Each participant is eligible for a drawing prize distributed during the awards ceremony (must be present to win). Refreshments are provided. Awards are given to 1st-3rd place in each age division.

Pulpit to Pulpit Fundraiser July 4th

Pulpit Rock Brewing Co. recently announced the upcoming Pulpit to Pulpit 2023 fundraiser benefiting the Decorah Public Library and Decorah Free Clinic. The event will be held on Tuesday, July 4.
