Decorah CODA Wednesday weekly phone meeting

Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of people whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Some patterns of codependence are: Needing to be right or to look good in the eyes of others; looking to others for approval; Have difficulty identifying feelings; are hyper-vigilant regarding the feelings of others; Using indirect or evasive communication to avoid conflict or confrontations; Perceiving oneself as completely unselfish and dedicated to the well-being of others; freely offering advice and direction without being asked. If any of these feel familiar,or if you feel curious, we invite you to explore a renewal and healing process with us! We are currently meeting via conference call on: Sundays 5:30-6:30pm Wednesdays 1-2pm One may attend any combination of meetings. Regular attendance is not required; use a schedule that fits you best. There is no cost to attend our meetings (when/if we meet in person, we collect voluntary small donations to pay for space rental). Please email at Decorah.CODA@gmail.com for instructions on calling.
