Decorah Middle School Dodgeball Tournament

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: WED NOV 4th

Friday, November 6 (no school day!) Decorah Middle School students are invited to organize teams (3 girls, 3 boys); each team member must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian. Teams must check in at the Carrie Lee Gym by 8:45 am, and games will run most of the morning.

Team roster/waiver forms are to be picked up from the Middle School PE teachers and turned in at the Park-Rec. Office. Participants should register as a team for this activity by WED NOV 4th. Team roster forms, individual waivers and payment should be turned in at time of registration. Cost is $36 per team.
