Decorah Public Cinema presents: I Love Boosters

Decorah Public Library and ArtHaus are pleased to announce the next film for Decorah Public Cinema. I Love Boosters will be screened on Friday, November 13 at 8 PM in the library’s mezzanine.

Decorah Public Cinema screens independent, award winning, classic, and foreign films on the second Friday of each month, creating a space for the community to gather and enjoy thought-provoking films in a relaxed, welcoming environment. All screenings are free and open to adults 18 and older.

November will feature I Love Boosters, Boots Riley’s 2026 surreal anti-capitalist crime comedy where a group of enterprising shoplifters targets the stores of a billionaire fashion maven. It stars Demi Moore, Keke Palmer, Will Poulter, Don Cheadle, and LaKeith Stanfield.

“We’re thrilled to partner with ArtHaus to show movies you might not get to see without taking a road trip.” said Zach Row-Heyveld, DPL assistant director. “We know there are a lot of film fans in the area and we’re excited to fill a gap in what movies people can see in town.”

Complimentary popcorn and snacks will be available, with a free will donation box to support future programming. Seating is first-come, first-served, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early. Doors open at 7:30.
