~ FLU SHOT CLINIC hosted by WINNESHIEK COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH ~ 

* Please bring your insurance card and photo ID. 

* High-Dose Flu Shot for those 65 years and older. 

* Fluzone for those 6 months and up. 

* Most insurances accepted. Out-of-pocket cost (if not billing insurance): $40 for flu shots.
