Morning Vinyasa Flow

A morning yoga practice that begins gently, builds warmth through breath and movement, and returns to ground. With space to notice sensation and respond to your own experience, the practice is guided by the rhythms of the season and the world around us, shifting throughout the year to support the body as it meets the day.

This is an active, moderately paced flow that includes standing and floor based movement. Some yoga experience can be helpful, but not required.

• $90 five class pack ($18 per class), interchangeable between regularly scheduled class-yoga, pilates or Qigong.
