Event Details

The Bridge Readers Theater presents Spring Garland, a selection of poems celebrating love and renewal written by poets ancient and modern.

Some of these poems you may know. Perhaps you can recite a few. Others you may never have heard or read. They’re all classics, including a selection of songs from Elizabethan plays. We have a bit of Dante, a poem by Marlowe, and two Navajo Night Chants.

The readers for the 40-minute performance are Elisabeth Rosales, Tom St. Clair, Bonnie Koloc, Robert Wolf, and the director of The Bridge Readers Theater, Cathy Baldner. Baldner directed Ragnarok for The Bridge at Nordic Fest last year.
