Summer Reading Kickoff Picnic w/ Slapdash Bluegrass!

Decorah Public Library invites the Decorah community to celebrate the kickoff to our Summer reading program with a Picnic Party at Phelps Park! In collaboration with Parks and Recreation, UpperExplorerland, ArtHaus, Sugar Bowl, and Winneshiek County Conservation, fun for everyone is in store!

Join us on May 31st, from 5pm-7pm, for an evening filled with music, ice cream, and endless fun! Bring along a picnic dinner and settle in for live performances by the sensational Slapdash Bluegrass band. Have a blast paying outdoor games, unleash your creativity with arts and crafts, and connect with your community in beautiful Phelps Park.
