Wiggles & Giggles in the Park: Yoga and Movement for Little Ones

Join us at Driftless Yoga Center (enter through Impact Coffee and upstairs) for a free movement session geared toward little ones and their families! Come prepared to move freely and joyfully, and get some of those wiggles out in a playful and open environment!

Bring a mat if you have one, and get ready for some physical family fun! Open to all abilities and attention-spans.
