Secondary Assembly 2nd Shift

Position Objective

The Secondary Assembly Associate will be responsible for assembly and perform secondary operations on parts that are purchased and die cast.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

·         Excellent attendance, be focused and engaged.

·         Wear proper PPE for the job.

·         Follow written work instructions for the designated work station.

·         Assemble various parts and/or operate machines on parts.

·         Must have the flexibility to adjust to various job assignments as dictated by customer orders and assigned by Deco supervisors.

·         Must be available to work a 40-hour workweek on their assigned shift, abide by company rules, regulations and policies.

·         Must be capable of working at the company established production standards.

·         Responsible for the cleanliness of their work area and the equipment they are assigned to operate.

·         Expected to continually increase their skills and product knowledge.

·         Comply with safety regulations.

·         Maintain clean and orderly work areas.

·         Other duties as assigned.
