Temporary summer position – 25 hrs/week, flexible daytime hours.  May lead to a full-time position.

Position Summary:

Performs a variety of clerical and operational duties critical to maintaining the organization and daily operations of the office. Acts as secretary/receptionist and is flexible to assist with other priorities as needed.

Duties:

–       Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.

–       Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

–       Make calls on behalf of clients or the organization.

–       Answer phone requests and refer clients appropriately.

–       Advocate for and report client benefits.

–       Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Skills:

–       Accounting experience preferred.

–       Familiarity with Google Workspace.

–       Excellent written and verbal communication.

–       Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

–       Highly attentive to detail.

–       Working knowledge of office equipment.

–       Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

–       Customer service.
