What will you be doing: The Brewery Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of facility repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the entire facility.

Essential Functions:

• Perform general maintenance of all facilities (building and grounds) including, but not limited to, lawn care, basic electrical repair, basic carpentry repairs, plumbing and other building maintenance as directed.
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all equipment, machinery and control systems in all areas of the facility.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative inspections and maintenance on a variety of equipment and maintain all necessary documentation and logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing environment. This role routinely works alongside employees who are performing various cleaning procedures, it is required to have the knowledge in the prevention of exposures to chemical, physical and biological hazards that could compromise the integrity of our finished goods and could be hazardous to the employees’ health and safety.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to stand for the entire shift. Work with hot and cold liquid, hazardous equipment, materials and chemicals. Bending, stooping, pushing, lifting, kneeling and reaching frequently throughout shift. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more if necessary. Must be comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Minimum of 40 hours per week, up to 12 hours per day if necessary, depending on the production schedule.

Required Education:

High school diploma.
