Production Trim Press Worker 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

About the Role:

We are seeking a Production Trim Press Worker for our 2nd & 3rd shifts at our manufacturing facility in DECORAH. As a Production Trim Press Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the trim press machine to produce high-quality parts. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and are delivered on time. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail
Excellent attendance
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the trim press machine to produce high-quality parts
Inspect parts to ensure they meet the required specifications
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the trim press machine
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills:

As a Production Trim Press Worker, you will use your skills in operating machinery, reading blueprints, and troubleshooting to ensure that high-quality parts are produced efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience in the durable goods manufacturing industry and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles will be beneficial in optimizing production processes.
